Budapest ONE (Futureal)
The 66,000 sqm modern and sustainable office complex is located in Őrmező, Hungary’s largest multimodal transport intersection with easy and quick access to the city centre and the agglomeration. The BREEAM certified, energy-efficient and people-centred building has also been the first in the country to receive the highest WELL rating, Platinum. Corvin Innovation Campus (Futureal)
The almost completely contactless office building is the next chapter of the internationally recognized Corvin Promenade success story. The 16,650 sqm, pet-friendly building located in the vicinity of the metro station is easily and quickly accessible by public transport.
UniNext Innovation Program
Hungary’s largest available industrial development area of 600 ha, which can be adapted according to the needs of the planned investment, and whose area has the largest labor force reserve in the country. The developer of the industrial park is the maintainer of one of the country’s largest universities offering complex project management services and according to its new office development concept, office spaces are going to be available for rent as well. Thus, apart from the vocational training background, higher education, research and development resources and cooperation opportunities are also provided. The area is excellent in terms of public infrastructure and logistics, it has the most important railway, road, and airport connections, with direct and short access to the North Adriatic ports.

IGPark Polgár is located directly at the Polgár exit of the M3 motorway. Thanks to its strategic position, the park is easily accessible from Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc and Nyíregyháza, and is part of the international TEN-T transit network, providing efficient connections to Slovakia, Ukraine and Romania. The 60-hectare park offers 40,000 m² Class A warehouse space and flexible development plots, including build-to-suit solutions.HelloParks Alsónémedi – Budapest South
HelloParks Alsónémedi is located in Budapest’s southern industrial submarket, close to the M0 and M5 motorways, Budapest Airport and an intermodal rail terminal. The park is home to AN1, a 60,000 sqm BigBox warehouse – the largest speculative industrial facility ever completed in Hungary. Retro Jeans is the building’s first tenant. AN1 has achieved the highest Outstanding BREEAM New Construction rating and is fully aligned with the EU Taxonomy.
HelloParks Fót – Budapest North
HelloParks Fót is located near the junction of the M0 and M3 motorways. The park has a total development potential of 254,000 sqm. By the end of 2025, four warehouse buildings had been completed, providing 164,000 sqm, now fully leased. One additional warehouse is under development. All completed buildings are BREEAM Outstanding and EU Taxonomy aligned. In 2026, one warehouse building was acquired by an international investor.
HelloParks Maglód – Budapest Airport
HelloParks Maglód is located near the M0, M4 and M5 motorways and Budapest Airport. The park has a total development potential of 213,000 sqm. Two energy-efficient warehouses, totalling 90,000 sqm, have been completed and are fully leased. MG3 was Hungary’s first industrial property to achieve the highest Outstanding BREEAM New Construction rating. MG4 is under construction and scheduled for completion in 2026.
HelloParks Páty – Budapest West
HelloParks Páty is located along the M1 motorway in Budapest’s western industrial submarket. The park has a total development potential of 381,000 sqm. Currently, 184,000 sqm has been completed, 90% of which has been leased. All buildings are BREEAM Outstanding and EU Taxonomy aligned. In 2025, two warehouse buildings totalling 84,000 sqm were acquired by the ERSTE Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund.
Debrecen Logistics and Truck terminal
The purpose of the project is to create a truck terminal in the North-Western Industrial Area which will serve the BMW Factory, their suppliers and industry players in the region. All three of the city’s industrial parks are easily accessible from the terminal via the M35 motorway within a maximum of 10 minutes. A customs office and a customs yard will operate in the area of the facility, and an intermodal railway terminal can also be found nearby. Within the 83 506 m2 unit 194 ESPORG SILVER and 64 ESPORG GOLD security level, protected truck parking lots will be built by the first quarter of 2027.
Gyula – Industrial Park (INPARK)
AIRBUS Helicopters selected INPARK Gyula Industrial Park’s 14.8 hectares industrial park as the site for its new aerospace enterprise in Hungary. A 15,867-square-meter green field aerospace manufacturing hall has been built according to the most modern industry requirements. The plant manufactures precision steel and titanium components for the kite structure and dynamic systems of the company’s helicopters, as well as some metal parts of the door panels. The development was the Winner of the Best BTS/ Manufacturing Project 2022 at the 4th Annual CRE Awards organized by EuropaProperty. Adjacent to the AIRBUS building INPARK also developed a 3,477 sqm surface treatment facility. The French–owned Satys Group has been a supplier of Airbus for thirty years. The Hungarian N7 Group takes part in this cooperation as a partner.
Nagykanizsa – Industrial Park (INPARK)
Honeywell has relocated and expanded its operations in Nagykanizsa and has signed a long-term lease contract for the complex manufacturing plant. INPARK completed a 10,935-square-meter facility in its 73 hectares industrial park right next to Motorway M7/E71 and Road 7. The building comprises 8,568 square meters of production and warehouse areas, as well as 2,367 square meters of office and social areas. The building has been developed to accommodate the manufacturing and warehousing activity of the tenant with the utmost flexibility to design work areas and rearrange them on demand, with the help of a strong primary electrical, IT and compressed air grid. The manufacturing area is temperature and humidity controlled. A part of the warehouse floor is suitable for VNA forklifts. INPARK’s Nagykanizsa development with Honeywell was recognized as the Best BTS Project at the 5th Annual CRE awards organized by EuropaProperty.com.
Expansion and infrastructural development of the Nyíregyháza Industrial Park
With a total area of 816 hectares, the Industrial Park of Nyíregyháza is one of Central Europe’s most significant investment hubs. Alongside the ~242 hectares already sold, an additional 374 hectares of fully prepared, "Ready to Build" free area awaits investors. The ongoing Phase II. developments – including the industrial water network, environmental monitoring, and a 15-hectare SME Park – guarantee a sustainable, diversified economic ecosystem.
Faedra 22 (Faedra)
Faedra 22 represents a modern, BREEAM Very Good–certified industrial and logistics development totaling 16,500 sqm, delivered in 2024 in Budapest’s 22nd district. Benefiting from a prime location at the M0–M6 motorway interchange, the project combines strong accessibility with market-driven design, achieving full lease-up and a successful sale to an international investor.
Faedra Business Park (Faedra)
Located in Budapest’s 22nd district, in the immediate vicinity of the M0–M6 motorway interchange, Faedra Business Park is a two-building, hybrid city-logistics development that combines modern warehousing and office functions in a single location, offering approximately 10,000 sqm of leasable space. The project provides excellent accessibility on both urban and regional level.
Halms Hungary (InPark)
One of the most important industrial investments of the year 2025 was Halms Hungary’s development in Miskolc. In the first phase of the project, INPARK is building a 23,000-square-meter production hall, which will later become part of a multi-phase automotive center exceeding 100,000 square meters. The facility will serve international brands such as Volvo and Magna and create more than a thousand new jobs in the city. The investment not only increases the economic weight of the region, but also supports the development of an industrial ecosystem based on long-term local partnerships and technological development.
IGPark Kecskemét East (Innovinia)
The 17,500 sqm IGPark Kecskemét East strengthens Innovinia’s portfolio of over 270,000 sqm as a strategic acquisition. This premium industrial hall is home to an international light industrial tenant committed to a long-term lease. Along with the western and southern zones, this excellently connected facility ensures full coverage and flexible location choices within Innovinia’s Kecskemét network.
IGPark Nyíregyháza (Innovinia)
Innovinia’s latest built-to-suit development, IGPark Nyíregyháza, spans 31,000 m² for a light industrial manufacturer, fully tailored to production and logistics needs. Etele Plaza (Futureal)
Hungary’s first smart plaza located in Kelenföld, at the largest multimodal transportation hub in the country. The sustainable Etele Plaza has obtained the BREEAM Very Good certification. In addition to the shops, there is a wide range of food outlets, restaurants, cafés, fitness facilities, a children’s play area and services in the 55,000 sqm shopping and entertainment centre. Moreover, the Etele Cinema takes the movie experience to a new level in the complex.
MyRA Park M3 (Faedra)
As the first step of Faedra Group’s diversification strategy, a two-phased, multi-tenant retail development with a total size of 8,500 sqm is underway in Pest County. MyRA Park M3 is a strip mall concept located at Exit 39 of the M3 motorway, with completion planned by the end of 2026.
