  • IGPark Debrecen (Innovinia)

    IGPark Debrecen is located in the North-West Economic Zone, directly next to the BMW plant and the M35 motorway. The first 22,500 m² hall is completed and leased by logistics providers Duvenbeck and Raben. The park is developed based on an eco-industrial concept, including biodiversity-focused green areas created in cooperation with the University of Debrecen.
  • IGPark Kecskemét South (Innovinia)

    IGPark Kecskemét South hosts three industrial-logistics halls next to the Mercedes plant, with tenants including Dachser, HBPO, and MOBIS. The newest 21,000 m² hall is fully occupied, featuring sustainable design, BREEAM certification, and modern technical specifications. The park provides flexible, scalable space for logistics, production, assembly, and future industrial growth.
  • IGPark Kecskemét West (Innovinia)

    IGPark Kecskemét West is located near the M5 motorway, 90 km from Budapest. Within the 33-hectare park, 40,000 m² GLA is fully leased, hosting two major international manufacturing companies. Innovinia plans a new 25,000 m² hall and holds 11 ha of development land, offering potential for an additional 50,000 m² of industrial space.
  • IGPark Miskolc (Innovinia)

    IGPark Miskolc is located in the Miskolc Mechatronic Industrial Area with easy access to the M30 motorway. The park includes a 19,000 m² built-to-suit hall developed for an international manufacturer, as well as an 11,500 m² production facility where LG-Magna operates its first European manufacturing plant, reinforcing the park’s role in high-value industrial production.
  • IGPark Polgár (Innovinia)

    IGPark Polgár is located directly at the Polgár exit of the M3 motorway. Thanks to its strategic position, the park is easily accessible from Budapest, Debrecen, Miskolc and Nyíregyháza, and is part of the international TEN-T transit network, providing efficient connections to Slovakia, Ukraine and Romania. The 60-hectare park offers 40,000 m² Class A warehouse space and flexible development plots, including build-to-suit solutions.
  • HelloParks Alsónémedi – Budapest South

    HelloParks Alsónémedi is located close to the intersection of the M0 and M5 motorways, Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, and a container terminal with rail connections, in Budapest’s Southern submarket. A BigBox-type warehouse of 60,000 square metres — the largest speculative industrial building in the country — has been completed here. The first tenant of the building is Retro Jeans. The AN1 hall, like all other developments by HelloParks, was built to achieve the highest Outstanding rating under the BREEAM New Construction category and is also EU Taxonomy aligned.

  • HelloParks Fót – Budapest North

    At HelloParks Fót, a total of 254,000 sqm of industrial real estate development is underway in Budapest’s northern outskirts, near the junction of the M0 and M3 motorways. By the end of 2025, the fourth building will also have been completed, bringing the total warehouse space to 164,000 square metres — over 85% of which has already been leased. All three completed facilities hold outstanding sustainability certifications, and every building has been constructed in line with the most stringent criteria of the BREEAM New Construction sustainability standard and the requirements of the EU Taxonomy.

  • HelloParks Maglód – Budapest Airport

    At HelloParks Budapest Airport park, located in the industrial zone of Budapest’s eastern agglomeration near the M0, M4, and M5 motorways and Ferenc Liszt International Airport, a total of 213,000 sqm of sustainable industrial development underway. Two energy-efficient warehouse, totalling 90,000 square metres, have already been completed, and 100% of the space has been leased. The second, MG3 hall was the first industrial property in Hungary to achieve the highest Outstanding rating in the New Construction category of the BREEAM sustainability certification. The third building, MG4 is under construction and will be completed in 2026.

  • HelloParks Páty – Budapest West

    At HelloParks Budapest West megapark, a total of 381,000 sqm of industrial space is under development in Budapest’s western region, along the M1 motorway. Currently, a total of 184,000 square metres of warehouse space is available in the sustainable park, 84% of which has already been leased. All buildings have been constructed in accordance with the strictest criteria of the BREEAM New Construction sustainability standard and the requirements of the EU Taxonomy. In 2025, two buildings— together comprising 84,000 square metres were acquired by the ERSTE Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund.

  • Debrecen Logistics and Truck terminal

    The purpose of the project is to create a truck terminal in the North-Western Industrial Area which will serve the BMW Factory, their suppliers and industry players in the region. All three of the city’s industrial parks are easily accessible from the terminal via the M35 motorway within a maximum of 10 minutes. A customs office and a customs yard will operate in the area of ​​the facility, and an intermodal railway terminal can also be found nearby. Within the 83 506 m2 unit 194 ESPORG SILVER and 64 ESPORG GOLD security level, protected truck parking lots will be built by the first quarter of 2027.

  • Limitless Park Biatorbágy (HIPA)

    Limitless Park is an industrial real estate project of almost 200,000 sq. m, right next to the M0-M1 highway in Biatorbágy, only 15 minutes from Budapest, in an excellent location in
    Hungary. The development of Limitless Park would be based on the concept of a green industrial park according to ESG and BREAM guidelines. Projects related to last mile and city logistics, production and assembly, commercial activity can be implemented in the park. A total of 65,000 sq. m buildings can be built in the form of 1,500 sq. m – 15,000 sq. m halls.

  • Miskolc South Tecnhology Park (HIPA)

    The 85 ha industrial area with a well-developed infrastructure is located in the southern part of the city of Miskolc, which is center of the region with a population of 360,000. The Government of Hungary has declared the area to be of major importance for the national economy, and thus the area has VIP status. Within a radius of 100 km, 3 neighbouring countries can be reached, allowing any company with logistics or manufacturing activities to connect to the production chain in the area.

  • Debrecen – Logistic center (INPARK)

    INPARK is developing a top-notch logistic center for lease to its esteemed client, CATL. It is a purpose-built facility that offers tailored accommodations. The building will take place on approximately 43 hectares of land in the Southern Industrial Park with an area of 61,000 square meters with the possibility of the extension up to 200,000 square meters  area. The main structure of the building comprises precast reinforced concrete columns and beams, complemented by facade, insulation, and roofing. It is equipped with essential safety features including fire alarm systems, sprinklers, Building Management Systems (BMS), and automatic loading gates. The construction started in May 2023, and currently is in an advanced stage.

  • Gyula – Industrial Park (INPARK)

    AIRBUS Helicopters selected INPARK Gyula Industrial Park’s 14.8 hectares industrial park as the site for its new aerospace enterprise in Hungary. A 15,867-square-meter green field aerospace manufacturing hall has been built according to the most modern industry requirements. The plant manufactures precision steel and titanium components for the kite structure and dynamic systems of the company’s helicopters, as well as some metal parts of the door panels. The development was the Winner of the Best BTS/ Manufacturing Project 2022 at the 4th Annual CRE Awards organized by EuropaProperty. Adjacent to the AIRBUS building INPARK also developed a 3,477 sqm surface treatment facility. The French–owned Satys Group has been a supplier of Airbus for thirty years. The Hungarian N7 Group takes part in this cooperation as a partner.

  • Nagykanizsa – Industrial Park (INPARK)

    Honeywell has relocated and expanded its operations in Nagykanizsa and has signed a long-term lease contract for the complex manufacturing plant. INPARK completed a 10,935-square-meter facility in its 73 hectares industrial park right next to Motorway M7/E71 and Road 7. The building comprises 8,568 square meters of production and warehouse areas, as well as 2,367 square meters of office and social areas. The building has been developed to accommodate the manufacturing and warehousing activity of the tenant with the utmost flexibility to design work areas and rearrange them on demand, with the help of a strong primary electrical, IT and compressed air grid. The manufacturing area is temperature and humidity controlled. A part of the warehouse floor is suitable for VNA forklifts. INPARK’s Nagykanizsa development with Honeywell was recognized as the Best BTS Project at the 5th Annual CRE awards organized by EuropaProperty.com.

  • Airport City PRO Business Park (WING)

    The aim of the project is a development of new-build, modern, affordable, new residential properties with the creation of large green areas on a 10 ha property. This residential development can be part of the rental housing program of the city of Debrecen. The prepared properties will be sold as projects with building permit plans and building permit: Size of the development area: 107.933 m2 (7 properties with separate registration number). Total: 1183 apartments (number of units can be increased) : average 42-71 m2 / apartments. Building heights: ground floor + 3 till ground floor + 7 levels

  • Debrecen, Hajnal utca (WING)

    WING’s residential development brand, LIVING, is launching its first project outside Budapest in Debrecen after acquiring a 10,900 sq m plot in the city.   • Hungarian Natural History Museum (Debrecen)

    In 2019, the Government of Hungary decided that the new headquarters of the Hungarian Natural History Museum would be established in Debrecen, contributing to the city’s development as the intellectual and cultural hub of the region. Preparatory work for the project began in early 2022, and in 2025 the winning design was selected through the architectural design competition — submitted by the BIG // Vikár és Lukács Architect Studio Ltd. consortium. Currently, a negotiated procedure without prior publication is underway, in which the DIF is negotiating the terms of the contract with the winning bidder. The planned exhibition building will have an approximate gross floor area of 22,900 m² and will be located in the heart of the Nagyerdő.
