At Váci Road 173–177, a new mixed-use development is being realised on the Váci Road office corridor, with excellent public transport and road connections. The project includes modern residential and office spaces, as well as community and green areas. The development aims to create a liveable, sustainable urban environment that strengthens the areas’s residential and business profile. The residential development is expected to start in 2026.
