Turnaround and Brownfield Regeneration Following the remediation of a former brownfield industrial site, a modern residential development is being created, establishing a new urban neighborhood. The project will provide more than 2,000 homes and is based on the concept of the “15-minute city”, ensuring that everyday services and amenities are accessible within a 15-minute walk. Particular emphasis is also placed on green spaces, energy-efficient solutions and renewable energy sources.
