The new building of the Museum of Ethnography, to be built as part of the Liget Budapest Project, won the world’s Best Public Service Architecture prize at the Property Awards competition in 2018. This was the first time in the twenty-five years of the International Property Awards that a Hungarian building was recognised as the best in its category.
