In late 2024, Innovinia delivered a second 12,000 m² building in IGPark Tiszaújváros in just eight months, doubling Jabil’s local warehousing capacity. The park now totals ~33,700 m² of built area, with a permitted 6,000 m² expansion. Located on 9.2 ha next to the Jabil plant, IGPark Tiszaújváros is officially recognized as a logistics park. Innovinia manages a network of 10 parks with a standing portfolio of 260,000 m².
