The HIPA Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency is a national investment promotion organisation governed by the Ministry for Economic and Energy. HIPA’s most important task is to provide professional assistance to companies interested in investing in Hungary. Under its one-stop-shop service model, the Agency supports investors during the entire investment lifecycle. Regarding location selection, HIPA operates an extensive database of investment sites in Hungary, including more than 2,000 sites throughout the country, such as industrial parks, greenfield and brownfield sites, as well as offices. The Investment Sites Database simplifies the task of matching investors’ needs to potential locations. It is searchable by size, location, available infrastructure, and incentives.
