HelloParks Alsónémedi is the company’s latest real estate investment location—a 60,000 sqm warehouse construction project, which began last year on a 135,000 sqm site. The building will be built to the highest Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category and will be aligned with EU Taxonomy requirements. The development is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.
