WING’s residential development brand, LIVING, is launching its first project outside Budapest in Debrecen after acquiring a 10,900 sq m plot in the city. The multi-phase development will deliver around 400 modern, energy-efficient apartments, complemented by contemporary community spaces and retail units. Scheduled to start in the second half of 2026, the project will significantly expand the supply of new homes in Hungary’s second-largest city.
