BakerStreet – ATENOR’s latest campus development, an A+ Class office project will be delivered in two phases in the heart of South Buda, designed by using environmentally conscious solutions, high-quality materials and cutting-edge architectural technology. The planned handover of the fully leased 16,500 sqm first phase, new HQ of E.ON Hungary, is expected in Q2 2024, while the construction of the 24,000 sqm second phase launches soon.
