The aim of the project is a development of new-build, modern, affordable, new residential properties with the creation of large green areas on a 10 ha property. This residential development can be part of the rental housing program of the city of Debrecen. The prepared properties will be sold in packages as projects with building permit plans and building permit: Package 1: 24 973 m2 (2 properties); Package 2: 69 589 m2 (4 properties); Complete construction of public utilities (roads and infrastructure) will be completed in the second half of 2026 developed by the City of Debrecen. The sale of the property packages will start in 2024 through a tender process.
