The 30,000 m² project is being developed for a light industrial manufacturing company, fully tailored to the client’s specific production and logistics requirements. This development expands Innovinia’s portfolio of customized solutions and aligns with the company’s strategy focused on sustainability, functionality, and long-term value creation. The facility will feature modern technical specifications, energy-efficient design, and infrastructure adapted to its industrial environment, ensuring flexibility for the tenant’s future growth. Construction already commenced with a planned completion in Q2 2026. Innovinia manages a network of 10 parks with a standing portfolio of 260,000 m².
