IGPark Miskolc is located within the Miskolc Mechatronic Area, with access to M30 highway. Owner and developer Infogroup has delivered the Park’s first built-to-suit development, a fully customized 19,000 m2 plant to meet the needs of an international manufacturing company. Within the framework of this project, there is the possibility to build out further 14,000 m2. The Park also offers 5 ha land, where approx. 24,000 m2 of halls can be built, either for lease or purchase according to individual requirements. In the adjacent area (Szirmabesenyő), the company has a further 23 ha of industrial land available for development in built-to-suit cooperation.
