In the 108-hectare HelloParks Páty megapark, a total of 354,000 sqm of industrial space is under construction. The 58,000 sqm PT1, built in the first phase, is the biggest modern industrial hall in the Budapest catchment area and has recently obtained the Outstanding rating of BREEAM in the New Construction category at Design Stage. Two other halls are currently under construction for a total of 84,000 sqm: PT2 will be completed in Q2 2024, and PT3 in the Q4 2024.
