The HelloParks Maglód project, located on 46 hectares of land near Budapest’s Ferenc Liszt International Airport, will involve a total industrial development of more than 200,000 sqm. Two warehouses have already been handed over on a total area of 90,000 sqm, the second of which is the first industrial building in Hungary to achieve the highest Outstanding rating of the BREEAM sustainability certificate in the New Construction category.
