IGPark Miskolc is located within the Miskolc Mechatronic Area, with access to M30 highway. Owner and developer Innovinia has delivered the Park’s first built-to-suit development, a fully customized 19,000 m² plant to meet the needs of an international manufacturing company. Within the framework of this project, there is the possibility to build out further 14,000 m².
The second hall of 11.500 m² was completed and handed over to LG-Magna in December of 2024. The Park also offers 5 ha land, where approx. 24,000 m² of halls can be built.
